Ken,

I've actually read "The Game" and found it very interesting to see someone relate Neil's theories to trade shows in the way you have - inspiration comes from some unexpected places ;)

My article "Make the Most of a Slow Show" was also inspired by some company representatives who were not portraying a positive image while manning their booths. I find that these issues are especially apparent when the exhibit hall traffic is slower and your tip to "take a good, honest look at your investment" is key to improving. Michael Thimmesch wrote an interesting take on the financial side of this important issue in his article, "Ready to Say No to a Free Booth Staffer?"

Great posting - I hope it will encourage more exhibitors to step outside their comfort zones and take full advantage of the (generally expensive) opportunities exhibiting provides.

Great perspective. Engagement is the key to connection...and connection leads to friendship, partnership and sales. Thanks "Hey Newman".
